I am having trouble inserting my USB connection into my computer’s USB port, what can I do?
If you are having trouble making the connection, raise or elevate your computer so that it is on the same or similar level as the microphone’s USB
My microphone has some static and feedback. How can I prevent this from happening?
Should this occur, make sure you hold the microphone upright and away from other interference (i.e. electronics or items that emit a strong electronic signal). Avoid placing your hands around the microphone top as it will interfere with the signal. Hold the microphone around the center.
My microphone froze or has completely stopped working. What can I do?

Check your batteries to make sure they are fully functional and installed correctly. If not, please replace the batteries as directed.

Try resetting the microphone using the RESET button on the back of the microphone. This should always be done by an adult or under adult supervision.

How do I maximize the sound of the T-Pain Effect™ Feature?

This is best heard in your normal singing voice, without shouting or screaming into the microphone dome.

Shouting into the mic will overpower the effect and it won’t be as pronounced.

For best results, try raising and lowering the pitch of your voice while using the T-Pain Effect™ feature.

My microphone was turned on, but the red light is now off and no sound is coming out of the microphone.

Most likely, the microphone has gone to sleep due to inactivity. To wake up the mic, simply press and hold the ON/OFF button (#1 on diagram), located on the front of the microphone, for 2 seconds. If the red light is on, but no sound is coming out of the microphone, the speaker bottom may not be completely attached to the mic. If so, simply remove the speaker bottom and reattach it to the microphone body until you hear it snap into place.
